Any User Materials you submit through our Contact Us page, Join page, registration page to become an Alliance partner, or similar features or through social media services can be seen, collected and used by us. Any station logo or other organization information or materials you submit when you register as a noncomMUSIC Alliance Site Partner may become public and we cannot be responsible for any unauthorized third-party use of such materials. User Materials you submit may also be freely used and shared by ACPR, NPR and the noncomMUSIC Alliance Site Partners and their respective licensees in accordance with our Terms of Use.

noncomMUSIC Alliance Site Partners. ACPR may share your name, email address, other contact information, and other information that we may collect with the noncomMUSIC Alliance Site Partners. When we do so, we require those noncomMUSIC Alliance Site Partners to commit to the same policies regarding further sharing with third parties that we follow under this Privacy Policy.

Authorized service providers. We may share any information we collect with service providers who provide us with specialized services or otherwise help us operate the noncomMUSIC Alliance Site, including, without limitation, service providers that provide hosting, email deployment, account sign-in services, analytics, marketing, suppression list management, contest management and data processing services.
